TOEFL® Test Locations and Dates
ETS says, “The TOEFL® test is offered in 2 testing formats: Internet-based testing (iBT) and paper-based testing (PBT). The format you take depends on your test center location.”
If you are planning on testing on this date, please feel free to contact us about our ESL English services. We will do our best to find a native english speaker to assist you in improving your score.
Whatever your language base, we are happy to speak with you. Presently we have tutors working with Spanish, Korean, and Vietnamese speakers. However, in our large base of tutors, we have members fluent in other languages as well.
For those unfamiliar with the test, the TOEFL is, “the most widely accepted English Language [Proficiency] Test in the world. (ETS) Designed to measure foreign student success in English speaking universities around the globe, “TOEFL” actually stands for ”Test of English as a Foreign Language”.
The exam sets are designed to measure your reading, writing, listening, and English speaking skills–and working with a private tutor to help you overcome trouble spots with fluency and pronunciation can dramaticly improve your score. With the addition of the “TSE” (Test of Spoken English), the tests are a powerful measurement of how successful a student will be in the difficult academic environment of universities for student just learning to speak English.
Our tutors are patient, flexible, and trained to identify and fix trouble areas in academics very quickly. Because the TOEFL is accepted at over 6,000 universities and in 110 countries, we know that what you learn with Tri-ed Tutoring will benefit you regardless of what English speaking school you choose.
As an added benefit, Tri-Ed Tutors will also help you practice fundamental TSE conversation skills that will help you in business and travel situations all over the world. Learning the simple phrases, manners, and customs common to English language society members, including how to differentiate informal slang from conversational colloquialisms to formal professional or academic tone will undoubtedly benefit any “English as Second Language” student (from children to adult ages) in a way that respects you.
